This study aims to determine the decision to purchase skincare products at the shopee market place through the Role of Price, Online Customer Review and Electronic Service Quality in East Java. This type of research is quantitative research. The samples used in this study were 96 respondents obtained by purposive sampling method. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through the Google form. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistical measurement tool. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of price, online customer reviews and electronic service quality on skincare purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace
