: This study aims to analyze the implementation of musical extracurricular activities at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. This study uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenon research method, with four subjects. Data analysis techniques include observation, interviews and documents in the form of photos and audio recordings, as well as checking the validity of the data with technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal. The results of this study indicate that extracurricular activities at Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Elementary School involve good roles and collaboration between the school principal, the extracurricular musical teacher, and students.
