Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Implementation of the E-Pak Ladi Kiosk Program in Population Administration Services. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection methods used were reviewing legislation, observation, and interviews. Legislation Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration is a series of structuring and controlling activities in the issuance of population documentation and data through population registration, civil registration, management of population administration information, and utilization of results for public service processes and development in other fields . Implementation This program aims to make population administration services run effectively by optimizing the use of electronic-based government systems. The results of this research are that the E-PakLadi Kiosk Program in Population Administration Services has been running well in its distribution in various villages in Pasuruan, but it is still not optimal in terms of widespread socialization and infrastructure needs to  developed.
