The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of public satisfaction with public services at Suko Village Office, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The methods in this study used descriptive research with quantitative approaches to data obtained through survey methods. In this study respondents were determined using simple random sampling with 390 samples. The data collection technique used is from primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis technique uses the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on 9 (nine) service elements in accordance with Permenpan-RBRI No. 1. 14th of 2017. Based on the values of each service element, the service element U7 had the highest value with an interval value of 3.48 with the Excellent category (A), and in U9 had the lowest value with an interval value of 3.30 with the Excellent category (A).
