The success of a company can only be achieved with good management, one way is to increase the value of the company. This is one of the factors for companies to enter the stock exchange (go public). One of the business sectors listed on the IDX is the property and real estate sector. The property and real estate business is a business that has fast-changing characteristics and intense competition. A high company value will make the market believe in the companys current state or the companys prospects in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios, enterprise risk management, and good corporate governance on firm value (study of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX). The research was conducted by collecting data on 10 companies for 5 years, namely from the 2017-2021 period, so there are 50 data companys.
