This study aims to analyze and describe community empowerment through the Kampung Pia MSME program as effort to strengthen the local economy in Warurejo Hamlet, Gempol District. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method utilizing observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Informants were selected via purposive sampling, comprising Kampung Pia MSME operators and the Kejapanan Village Government. The results indicate that, first, capital assistance remains limited, causing most MSME operators to rely on personal capital to run and expand their businesses. Second, institutional strengthening facilitated through the Wasuka Cooperative and local associations has provided a platform for communication and coordination among MSME operators, Its role in supporting collective business development has not been fully optimized. Third, training and mentoring initiatives have been conducted to enhance the capabilities of MSME operators, implementation has lacked regularity and continuity. There is a need for sustained mentoring, equitable access to capital, and institutional strengthening.
