This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management on the Intention to Use Islamic Banking Products, with Islamic Financial Literacy as a moderating variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia in East Java. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Islamic banking products. Islamic Financial Literacy does not moderate the relationship between Intellectual Capital and intention to use Islamic banking products, but it strengthens the effect of Knowledge Management on such intention. These findings suggest that improving intellectual resources, knowledge management, and Islamic financial literacy can enhance public interest in Islamic banking products.
