This study aims to analyze the level of Green Building implementation in the construction of a 4-story boarding house at Jalan Medokan Asri Barat II No.21 Surabaya based on the GREENSHIP New Building Version 1.2 the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), to identify the criteria that have and have not been fulfilled, and to formulate technical recommendations. Data were collected through field observation, measurement, interviews, documentation, and technical document review, then compared against the GREENSHIP NB 1.2 benchmarks covering six categories: Appropriate Site Development (ASD), Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Water Conservation, Material Resources, Indoor Health and Comfort, and Building Environment Management (BEM). The results show that the object of study obtained a formal potential score of 11 out of a maximum of 101 points (10.89%), consisting of 3 points from ASD, 4 points from MRC, and 4 points from IHC, while EEC, WAC, and BEM obtained no score because their.
