Abstract

Coldmix is a pavement technology that can be produced and applied without heating. This study aims to analyze the effect of varying Portland Composite Cement (PCC) filler content on Marshall characteristics and to determine the optimal filler content. The research was conducted experimentally at the Road Laboratory of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo using CQS-1h emulsified asphalt, dense-graded aggregates, and PCC filler at levels of 0%, 1%, and 2%. Marshall testing covered stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient (MQ). The results indicate that the 2% filler content yielded the best performance, with a stability of 1,734.15 kg (17.00 kN), flow of 2.12 mm, and MQ of 894.34 kg/mm. Stability increased by 39.04% compared to the mixture without filler. Based on the Marshall parameters examined, the use of 2% PCC filler provided the best combination of strength and resistance to deformation.
