This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) in Sekardangan Village, Sidoarjo District. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation archives, reports, and data. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that SIKS-NG implementation has been carried out but is not optimal. Regarding communication, the delivery of information system changes and community information remains suboptimal. Regarding resources, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, but there is still dependence on main operator. Regarding disposition, the operator demonstrates commitment to performing duties, although there is no formal selection or incentive. Regarding bureaucratic structure, there is no SOP at the village level, while authority is divided hierarchically. The novelty lies in analyzing SIKS-NG implementation at the village level using the Edwards III framework.
