This study aims to evaluate the use of the Village Asset Management System (SIPADES) at the Larangan Village Government, Candi District. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using William N. Dunn’s policy evaluation theory, which consists of five indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, and responsiveness. The results show that the use of SIPADES has not been optimal. In terms of effectiveness, SIPADES has not fully achieved its objectives due to access problems following the update from version 2.0 to version 3.0. In terms of efficiency, these problems have caused asset management processes to be conducted manually, requiring additional time and effort. Adequacy remains suboptimal because digital asset management needs have not been fully met. Equity is constrained by limited training and dependence on a single operator. Responsiveness is also suboptimal due to application access and technical problems.
