Learning Implementation Report: Application of Discussion Method to Improve Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Grade 3 Elementary School Students

In learning, learning outcomes are one of the measuring tools to see how far students can master the
lessons that have been delivered by the teacher. The problem that often arises is that learning outcomes have not
reached the expected target. To achieve maximum learning outcomes, it is necessary to choose the right learning
method, in this case the Discussion Method is applied as an effort to create more active, interactive, and student-
centered learning. The implementation of learning is carried out through group discussion activities that involve
students directly in understanding the material, exchanging opinions, and conveying the results of the discussion
in front of the class.
