PT. SSA is a labor service provider company operating within PT. SPS's tissue factory in Mojokerto, employing approximately 1,000 workers. The company had never conducted a systematic productivity analysis, resulting in problems such as declining production efficiency, unmet production targets, and a high number of rejected products. This study aims to measure employee productivity levels and propose continuous improvement recommendations using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method combined with Kaizen. Objective Matrix (OMAX) is a partial productivity measurement system designed to monitor the level of productivity in each part of a company based on productivity criteria tailored to the characteristics of each division. Kaizen is an effective approach for accelerating the improvement process, significantly enhancing performance achievement, and serving as a medium for learning and a foundation for continuous development.
