Stunting remains a major public health problem in Indonesia, requiring E-Government-based innovations to improve the effectiveness of child nutritional status monitoring. This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-Government through the Lapor Klunting application in supporting the early detection of child nutritional status at Posyandu in Magersari Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory, which consists of four dimensions: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Lapor Klunting application has been carried out reasonably well. The communication dimension was supported by effective socialization, technical guidance, and coordination, although real-time reporting has not been fully implemented. The resources dimension was supported by healthcare personnel, Posyandu cadres, and information technology facilities.
