This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Government through the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) application in village financial management in Larangan Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and systematic conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of SISKEUDES based on Edwards III’s indicators is not yet fully optimal. First, communication is carried out through socialization and coordination among village officials, but information has not been conveyed comprehensively. Second, resources, including human resources and infrastructure, remain limited, affecting application use. Third, the disposition of implementers is supportive, although technical understanding still needs improvement. Fourth, the bureaucratic structure has a clear division of tasks, but coordination and work mechanisms between sections need to be strengthened to achieve more structured, effective, and efficient village financial management overall.
