In the era of globalization and digital transformation, web-based e-commerce information systems play a crucial role in operational efficiency and market expansion for SMEs. CV Azzahra Jaya Utama, a catering business located in Sidoarjo, faces operational limitations due to conventional ordering methods and printed media (brochures/flyers) that fail to convey real-time menu details and restrict market coverage. This research aims to analyze, design, and implement a web-based catering order information system to enhance promotional efficiency, accelerate transaction processing, and integrate menu management and payments. The development methodology utilizes the Waterfall Model along with UML modeling tools (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, ERD, and LRS). System functionality is validated through Black Box Testing. The result demonstrates that the web application simplifies customer selection of catering packages, cost calculation, payment confirmation, and empowers administrators to handle vendor profiles, order histories, and reporting efficiently
