This study examines the influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and hard skills on the work readiness of final year students in the Management Study Program class of 2022, using a quantitative approach with a sample of 187 out of 321 students through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F- tests, showing that all three variables had a significant positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on work readiness (R²=60.8%). Emotional intelligence supports collaboration, self-efficacy increases self-confidence, and hard skills strengthen technical competence, in line with SDG 8. It is recommended to integrate emotional and self-efficacy training into the curriculum, improve hard skills through certification, and conduct further research incorporating variables such as soft skills using a mixed-method approach.
