Speech development is an important aspect of child development among children aged 2–5 years. Speech and language delays remain a concern among preschool children, with a reported prevalence of 5–12% in the United States. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between parental education and linguistic stimulation within the family and speech development among children aged 2–5 years. This study used an analytical observational cross-sectional design involving 36 children selected through total sampling. Data were collected using parental education and linguistic stimulation questionnaires and the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP), then analyzed using Fisher’s Exact Test with α=0.05. The results showed that 63.9% of children had appropriate speech development. Parental education was not significantly associated with speech development (p=0.102), while linguistic stimulation within the family was significantly associated with speech development (p<0.001). Consistent linguistic stimulation should therefore be optimized within the family to support children’s speech development.
