This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Payroll Management Information System (SIMGAJI) Application at Tulangan District. The findings indicate that, in terms of the goal attainment indicator, SIMGAJI has facilitated payroll administration by automating the calculation of salaries, allowances, and deductions, as well as enabling digital data storage. However, delays in updating personnel data continue to affect the payroll process. Regarding the integration indicator, the implementation of SIMGAJI has been supported by communication, socialization, and coordination between system administrators and employees through internal meetings and communication media. Nevertheless, some employees are still not actively checking their individual data in the system. In terms of the adaptation indicator, Tulangan District has adjusted the implementation of SIMGAJI through the readiness of operators, employees, and the availability of information technology infrastructure. However, several challenges remain, including application updates, dependence on system operators, and occasional server access disruptions.
