Abstract

Traditional markets are vital to local economies, and flea markets in particular face high tenant turnover and daily levies that are difficult to manage manually. At Pasar Loak Larangan Sidoarjo, trader data, stalls, usage rights, daily levies, warning letters, and reporting are still recorded manually, causing data duplication, difficult tracking, and slow reporting. Previous studies addressed only partial aspects of market management and were not designed for flea-market characteristics with automatically enforced business rules. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to improve the efficiency of trader data collection and management, developed using the ADDIE model through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, with Laravel, React, and MySQL. Black box testing of 41 scenarios yielded fully valid results (100%), and user acceptance testing using a Likert scale reached 79.17% for management staff and 72.80% for traders, indicating that the system is accepted.
