This teaching implementation report documents the use of concrete media to improve fourth-grade students' basic ball game skills at UPTD SDN No. 076714 Hiliwaito. Initial performance showed low manipulative skills, with a class mean of 62.00 and only 6 of 28 students achieving mastery. The strategy used classroom action research in two cycles. Cycle I implemented sponge balls to reduce fear of hard balls, while Cycle II added colorful targets and adaptive rope tracks to strengthen visual focus and movement coordination. Performance was assessed through observation and practical tests of kicking, throwing, catching, and dribbling. Results improved from 21.43% mastery at baseline to 53.57% in Cycle I and 89.29% in Cycle II, with the class mean increasing to 82.50.
