This study aims to analyze the role of Posyandu cadres in stunting prevention in Plososari Village, Mojokerto Regency. The study applied Jim Ife's role theory, which consists of five indicators: the facilitator role, educational role, representative role, technical role, and support role. The results indicate that, first, the facilitator role was implemented through Posyandu activities, stunting discussion forums (rembug stunting), nutrition education, child growth monitoring, and coordination with health workers. Second, the educational role was realized through health education, counseling, and training for cadres. Third, the representative role has been effectively carried out through coordination among Posyandu cadres, the village government, the village midwife, the Community Health Center (Puskesmas), and the Family Welfare Empowerment Team (PKK), including the use of WhatsApp groups as a communication. Fourth, the technical role has been implemented through the registration of pregnant women and toddlers, anthropometric measurements, growth monitoring records.
