This study aims to describe and analyze the performance of the Regional House of Representatives Secretariat (DPRD Secretariat) in supporting the implementation of the budgeting function in Sidoarjo Regency. The findings indicate that, in terms of work quality, the DPRD Secretariat has been able to perform administrative duties, coordinate with the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) and Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), and provide the data and documents required for the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) deliberation process. Regarding timeliness, the staff have completed tasks according to schedule, managed their time effectively, and produced work outputs while maintaining quality, although the process is still constrained by information technology systems that are not yet fully integrated. In terms of responsibility, the staff have carried out their duties in accordance with established procedures and provided administrative support, but institutional coordination with TAPD and OPD has not yet been fully effective.
