Low active engagement in Grade 3 IPAS learning was caused by teacher-centered instruction and limited use of interactive media. This report describes the implementation of an Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) integrated with think-pair-share (TPS) to make life-cycle learning more visual, collaborative, and student centered. The activity involved 13 students (N=13) in two meetings through visual stimulus, individual thinking, paired discussion, class sharing on the IFP, and a three-minute exit ticket. Aggregated evidence was collected through participation checklists, exit-ticket rubrics, and teacher notes. The results showed improvement: active verbal participation increased from 31% at baseline to 100% in the second meeting, the mean conceptual score rose from 1.2 to 2.92, and learning mastery reached 100%. These findings indicate that IFP-supported TPS can strengthen participation, confidence, and conceptual understanding in elementary IPAS learning.
