Design and Implementation of a Web-Based Homestay Reservation Information System for Pring Sewu Binangun Cultural Market

The development of tourism villages has increased the need for technology-based accommodation management systems, particularly for homestays managed by local communities. This study aims to design and implement a webbased homestay reservation information system to improve reservation management and service quality. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Laravel 11, Livewire 3, and MySQL were used as the primary development technologies. The developed system provides features for managing homestay data, room availability, online reservations, payment verification, and reservation reports. The implementation results indicate that the system simplifies reservation management, minimizes manual recording errors, improves information accessibility, and enhances service
effectiveness for both homestay managers and tourists. Therefore, the developed system can support the digitalization of community-based tourism management at Pasar Budaya Pring Sewu Binangun.
