This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Neglected Elderly Protection Program at the Social Services Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. The results show that the implementation of the Neglected Elderly Protection Program at the Social Services Agency of Sidoarjo Regency has been carried out through four implementation indicators. First, in terms of communication, the program is implemented through internal communication among the Social Rehabilitation Division, social workers, TKSK, and Liponsos, as well as external communication with the community, neighborhood associations. Second, in terms of resources, the program is supported by human resources consisting of social workers, TKSK personnel, and Liponsos officers, as well as facilities and infrastructure including operational vehicles, service rooms, Liponsos facilities, health facilities, and basic necessities for elderly individuals. Third, in terms of disposition, program implementation is demonstrated through the commitment of personnel to carry out their duties in accordance with their respective.
