The rate of incomplete medical record files at RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar rose from 0.22% in January to 2.18% in February 2026 due to communication blind spots and manual distribution chains. To address verification delays across the IRNA, Assembling, and IKPK units, this study designed a web-based claim file tracking system interface using a qualitative descriptive and system development approach. The resulting prototype features a real-time dashboard, status notifications, and a document upload module to streamline workflows, reduce manual barriers, and improve medical record compliance.
