This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the ASSIST website based Electronic Medical Record system on the completeness of electronic medical resume documentation at Yes Dental Primary Clinic Surabaya using the Human, Organization, and Technology-Fit method. The implementation of EMRs is one of the digital transformation initiatives in healthcare services intended to improve the quality of health information management, service efficiency, and medical documentation. ASSIST system has only recently been implemented, several challenges remain that may affect the completeness of e-resume documentation. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research design using the HOT-Fit framework, which evaluates the human, organization, and technology dimensions of the system. Data will be collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and an audit of the completeness of electronic medical resume documentation. The collected data will be analyzed descriptively to identify factors influencing the implementation of ASSIST-based EMR system and its impact on the completeness of e-resume documentation.
