Abstract

This study aims to design and evaluate a user interface prototype for a medical record information release monitoring system. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with a Design Thinking approach. Data were collected through observation and semi-structured interviews, while the interface was designed using Figma. The resulting prototype includes a monitoring dashboard, new request input, document verification, history/completed, reports, users, and notifications. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 81.5, categorized as "Excellent." The results indicate that the prototype is easy to use and acceptable to users. Future research should proceed to system implementation, including coding and integration with the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS).
