This research aims to provide an in-depth description of the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum management at Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Abbas Bojonegoro, as well as to formulate a management model for adab (Islamic etiquette) development that can effectively and sustainably enhance both the spiritual and academic quality of students. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to understand phenomena in depth based on the context occurring in the field. Data were collected through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. From an academic perspective, this research contributes to the development of curriculum management studies based on Islamic values, particularly through the study of adab development integrated with the POAC management functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). In addition, this study provides an overview of a guidance model that can be used as a reference by Islamic boarding schools in improving students’ morals, discipline, and learning outcomes.
