Abstract

This study aims to improve production efficiency at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk by reducing waiting time and environmental waste. Green Value Stream Mapping (GVSM) was used to identify operational and environmental waste, while Python-based simulation evaluated improvement scenarios. The results show reduced waiting time and WIP, along with improved production flow and environmental performance. The integration of GVSM and simulation is effective for optimizing production while supporting sustainability.
