Development of a Website-Based Interactive Learning Media for the Operating Systems Topic in Grade X Vocational High School

Advancements in information and communication technology have encouraged the use of engaging digital educational resources to enhance learning. At SMK Ar-Rahma Mandiri Indonesia (Gempol), Informatics learning on Operating Systems is limited to interactive presentations without comprehensive integration of educational elements. This study aims to develop a web-based interactive educational resource for Operating System material for 10th-grade vocational high school students. The research and development method employed the ADDIE framework, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The resource was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap to support accessibility across devices through web browsers. It includes learning objectives, educational content, instructional videos, interactive quizzes with automated grading, evaluation results, and a user guide. Results showed feasibility scores of 85.33% from subject matter experts and 89.33% from media experts, categorized as “Highly Feasible.” Student responses reached 98.75%, also categorized as “Highly Feasible.” Thus, the developed resource is suitable for use.
