Vulva hygiene is an essential aspect of postpartum self-care that helps maintain genital cleanliness and reduce the risk of postpartum infection. This study aimed to examine the relationship between maternal knowledge and vulva hygiene practices among postpartum mothers at Alfa Medika Clinic, Asemrowo, Surabaya. A quantitative cross-sectional correlational design was conducted with 50 postpartum mothers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire and an observational checklist and analyzed descriptively using the Chi-Square test (α = 0.05). Results showed that 32 respondents (64%) had good knowledge, while 33 (66%) demonstrated good vulva hygiene practices. A significant relationship was found between knowledge and practice (p = 0.000). The Odds Ratio (OR = 33.833) indicated that mothers with good knowledge were more likely to perform proper vulva hygiene. Strengthening postpartum health education may improve hygiene practices and help prevent postpartum infections.
