Weaving machines play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of textile production, while recurring failures can reduce productivity and increase downtime. This study aims to identify potential failures, determine the root causes of machine damage, and establish maintenance priorities using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and the Age Replacement method based on Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Failure (MTTF). Data were collected through observations, interviews, and historical machine failure records. The results show that the shuttle, oil pump, and connecting rod are the most critical components, with Risk Priority Number (RPN) values of 360, 280, and 245, respectively. The main causes of failure include wear, excessive friction, poor lubrication, lubrication system blockage, excessive operating loads, and high vibration. The recommended preventive maintenance intervals are 243 operating hours for repairable components and 87.4 operating hours for non-repairable components, improving machine reliability.
