Work activities in jewelry retail require high precision, static postures, and repetitive movements that may cause musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study analyzed the ergonomic risk of employees in the service and display departments at PT. Macan Arauna Semesta (MAS) using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) methods. Data were collected through observations, work posture documentation, and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. NBM results showed complaints mainly in the neck, back, waist, and upper arms. The RULA score was 5, indicating moderate risk requiring corrective action, while the ROSA score was 9, indicating high ergonomic risk requiring immediate workstation improvements. These findings suggest that ergonomic interventions are needed to improve employee comfort, health, and productivity.
