Digital transformation in education has encouraged schools to integrate various services through an integrated digital system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of school management. However, implementing integrated digital systems in primary schools remains challenging due to limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and fragmented digital applications. This study aims to describe the implementation of the CERdig integrated digital system in improving school management efficiency at SD Muhammadiyah Bangil. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed involving the principal, vice principal, teachers, administrative staff, the school's information technology operator, and parents as research participants. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source, method, and observation triangulation. The findings indicate that CERdig successfully integrates academic services, student administration, financial management, and communication with parents into a single digital platform. The system improves the efficiency of student assessment, attendance management, administrative services, financial reporting, and accelerates information dissemination and data-driven decision-making. In addition, the implementation of CERdig has fostered a transformation in the school's organizational culture toward a more collaborative, adaptive, transparent, and data-driven working environment. Although challenges such as varying levels of digital literacy among users and unstable internet connectivity remain, continuous assistance and training have supported the effective utilization of the system. Therefore, CERdig serves as a strategic solution for establishing efficient, accountable, and responsive school management in addressing the demands of digital transformation in the era of disruption.
