This study aims to analyze the TikTok account @bincangperempuan regarding gender equality, drawing on Mary Wollstonecraft's theory of liberal feminism. Gender equality refers to the equal status of men and women, enabling them to fulfill their roles and participate in any activity. The study employs a qualitative method using a netnographic approach. Netnography focuses on understanding the virtual world—a space where individuals interact and shape their own cultures and social systems. The subject of this research is the TikTok account @bincangperempuan. Data collection was conducted through observation, specifically focusing on comments that received the highest number of likes from other users. Observations of audience responses indicate that the majority of users reacted positively, as the messages conveyed were deemed relevant to women's daily experiences. However, negative responses were also identified, reflecting opposition to gender equality issues from users holding patriarchal views.
