Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the management of inclusive education through the Bina Aktivitas Program at TK ABA I Sumberrejo Bojonegoro, focusing on planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that learning planning began with the identification of students’ individual needs and the development of adaptive learning programs. Implementation was carried out through the Bina Aktivitas Program, emphasizing student participation and collaboration between classroom teachers and special assistant teachers. Evaluation was conducted continuously through observation and documentation to monitor student development. Follow-up actions included adjusting learning programs, providing ongoing educational support, and strengthening communication with parents. The study concludes that the Bina Aktivitas Program supports systematic inclusive school management and effectively accommodates students’ diverse learning needs to promote their optimal development.
