Abstract

End-Stage Kidney Failure Can Cause inflamation factors in hemodialisation patiens. The purpose of this research is to lnow the Endotoxin content of Reverse Osmosis water in hemodialisation installation, and the description of pasients inflammation response based on CRP levels and body temperature. This research uses a descriptive analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of the research includes hemodialisation pasients that include Reverse Osmosis water drawing, CRP Examination, body temperature in 2026 with an age range of 25-70 years. Research results show that hemodialysis patients are predominantly male, accounting for 61% Endotoxin levels were found to be<0,25 EU/ml, in accordance with the association for the advancement of medical instrumentation (AAMII) guidelines. Menwhile, CRP parameters were normal at 89% and body temperature at 100 %
