Thyroid dysfunction whether hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism can cause disorders in various organs, including the kidneys. The purpose of this study was to analyze the levels of TSH, FT4, BUN, and creatinine in patients with hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. This study employed descriptive-analytical design. The sample consisted of hypothyroid and hyperthyroid patients who underwent TSH,FT4,BUN, and creatinine testing in 2025 at RSUD Bangil, with age range 15–60 years. Exclusion criteria included pregnant women and CKD patient. BUN and creatinine were analyzed using Biochemistry-Analyzer, while TSH and FT4 were analyzed using Maglumi. This study included 18 hypothyroid and 48 hyperthyroid patients. Based on statistical tests, creatinine in hyperthyroid patients were found to be correlated with TSH and FT4 (TSH–Creatinine r-value=0.416; p-value=0.003; FT4-creatinine r-value=0.384; p-value=0.007), while other parameters were not found to have a statistically significant relationship (p > 0.05). In the hypothyroid group, none of the test results showed a statistically significant relationship.
