Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive decline in kidney function that may cause anemia due to reduced erythropoietin production and increased serum urea and creatinine levels resulting from impaired glomerular filtration. This study aimed to analyze hemoglobin, erythrocyte count, serum urea, and serum creatinine levels and their correlations in patients with CKD. A descriptive-analytic cross-sectional study was conducted at Bhayangkara Porong Hospital from January to December 2025 using secondary data obtained from medical records and the Enterprise Hospital System (EHOS). A total of 50 patients were selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using Spearman’s correlation test. Most participants were female (60%) and aged 57–65 years (54%). Low hemoglobin and erythrocyte counts were common, while all patients had elevated serum urea and creatinine levels. Hemoglobin was strongly correlated with erythrocyte count (r=0.716;p=0.000), whereas serum urea and creatinine showed a very strong positive correlation (r=0.870;p=0.000).
