This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Next Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) in Semambung Village, Wonoayu District, using Edward III's framework: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings indicate that internal communication among village officials is effective, while external communication with the community remains limited due to the absence of formal socialization. Adequate facilities support implementation, but unstable internet access, limited budget, and reliance on a single operator reduce effectiveness. Operators demonstrate strong commitment despite lacking incentives. However, the village has no written Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), causing implementation to depend on experience and verbal instructions. Improving communication, human resources, internet stability, budget support, and SOP development is essential for effective social welfare data management.
