Work-life balance is an important issue in the retail industry due to high job demands and dynamic working systems. This study examines the influence of job demands, supervisor support, and flexible work arrangements on the work-life balance of retail employees in Sidoarjo Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical methods. The results show that job demands have a negative and significant effect on work-life balance, indicating that higher work demands reduce employees’ ability to balance work and personal life. Conversely, supervisor support and flexible work arrangements have positive and significant effects on work-life balance. These findings suggest that managerial support and workplace flexibility help employees manage professional and personal responsibilities more effectively. Therefore, organizations should manage work demands while promoting supportive and flexible work environments to improve employee well-being, productivity, and work-life balance.
