This study aims to develop a performance monitoring system for sugarcane milling based on ESP32, equipped with automatic notification features for operators. Data is obtained through a voltage sensor installed on the contactor, while the readings are compared against a multimeter as the reference instrument. Based on the test results, the sensor is able to detect voltages within the range of 220V to 240V. However, the accuracy still appears to vary, particularly when measuring 220V and 240V voltages. Therefore, further testing is required to improve the consistency and reliability of the sensor readings. Overall, this study provides an overview of the potential use of voltage sensors as an alternative solution for monitoring milling status while also delivering notifications to operators in a faster and more efficient manner.
