This study aims to examine the effect of internship experience, self-efficacy, and work motivation on the work readiness of Management students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The problem addressed is the gap between graduates’ competencies and labor market demands. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 146 students selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results show that internship experience, self-efficacy, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work readiness, with self-efficacy as the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, these variables explain 82.9% of work readiness. In conclusion, work readiness is influenced by the integration of practical experience, psychological factors, and internal motivation. This study implies that universities need to strengthen internship programs and student self-development to improve graduate employability.
