This study analyzes the implementation of quality management in an Islamic Vocational Education Institution based on Jerome S. Arcaro’s five pillars of Total Quality Management: customer focus, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving school stakeholders. The findings indicate that quality management has been implemented across various educational aspects; however, only the commitment and continuous improvement pillars have been effectively achieved. Customer focus, total involvement, and measurement have been implemented but remain suboptimal due to the absence of systematic customer satisfaction surveys, structured stakeholder involvement, and comprehensive quality measurement systems. The study concludes that strengthening stakeholder participation, developing data-driven quality measurement, and establishing systematic customer satisfaction evaluation mechanisms are essential to achieve sustainable and comprehensive quality management aligned with Arcaro’s Total Quality Management principles.
