The increasing use of information technology has highlighted the need for efficient management of public facilities. This study aims to develop a web-based e-ticket system for Gajah Mada Mojosari Stadium to improve ticket booking, management, and validation processes. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. A web-based platform integrated with a centralized database was implemented to manage user information, ticket transactions, and reporting. The results demonstrate that the proposed system enhances service efficiency, reduces administrative errors, and streamlines ticket data management for both administrators and users. The implementation of the web-based e-ticket system is expected to improve the overall quality of ticketing services and operational management at Gajah Mada Mojosari Stadium.
