This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the SinergiSmart–Price Info application in controlling price fluctuations of basic necessities in Mojokerto Regency based on four indicators of program effectiveness, namely target accuracy, socialization, goal achievement and program monitoring. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The research results show that the application is quite effective in terms of targeting accuracy and program monitoring because it is able to reach various user groups and supports early detection of price fluctuations to assist government intervention. However, the effectiveness of socialization and achievement of program objectives is still not optimal due to the lack of formal socialization and limited application features, such as price trend graphs and information on commodity stock availability.
