Abstract

This study examines Islamic education curriculum planning through the educational values in Q.S. Luqmān verses 12–19. Using a qualitative library research approach, the study analyzes Qur’anic verses, tafsir literature, and Islamic education sources. The findings show that the values of tawhid, morality, and holistic education in these verses can serve as the foundation for curriculum design, including learning objectives, materials, teaching strategies, and evaluation systems. A Qur’an-based curriculum is expected to develop students who are knowledgeable, faithful, and possess good character.
