PT XYZ is a company engaged in transformer manufacturing, with transformer tanks as one of its main components. The problem faced by the company is that many employees still lack understanding of the importance of implementing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the workplace. This condition led to a 25% increase in workplace accidents during the 2021–2022 period, accompanied by various accident risks in both the production process and work environment. This study aims to analyze potential hazards in the transformer tank production process using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) methods. The analysis results indicate that the dominant hazards originate from sharp and heavy materials that may cause scratches, bruises, and injuries due to the use of tools and machinery. The HIRARC analysis identified four medium-risk activities, two
high-risk activities, and one extreme-risk activity in the welding process.
